Subject: Sale of Vehicles

Dear Sir or Madam,
UNFPA Uzbekistan is pleased to announce the sale of vehicles as specified below. Detailed description of vehicles for sale is attached.
The vehicles will be sold “as is”. There are no guarantees or implied warranties to the condition of the
vehicles.
The conditions of sale of vehicles:
1. The currency of the bid can be USD or UZS.
2. Payment can be made in cash or through bank transfer on or before delivery

3. For evaluation purposes, bids in different currencies will be converted into USD at the UN rate established for the day of bids opening.
4. The buyer agrees with the condition that the vehicles above are sold by UNFPA in “AS IS” condition, and that there is no written or implied warranty on its performance.
5. Interested bidders can conduct physical check of the vehicles condition by prior notification. The address of location of the vehicles: M.Tarobiy 14 s,Tashkent city. Contact person Dilafruz Tojieva,

6. The vehicle will be sold to the highest successful bidder.
7. The successful bidder must satisfy the government as to any import or sales tax due on the item.
8. No refund or exchange is allowed after the sale contract is signed.
9. UNFPA will not provide repair or any other services with respect to the vehicles.
10. The buyer has to make self-collection from the location at his/her expense using his/her own resources within three days after payment.
11. The UNFPA office reserves the right to reject any and all bids
Offers shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to the UNFPA Country Office, : M.Tarobiy 14 ,Tashkent city Tashkent, Uzbekistan or shall be submitted to the following e-mail address: rfq.uzb@unfpa.org with “Offer on purchasing of vehicles”, not later than 13:00 a.m. local (Tashkent) time on 5 August , 2022. The bid should include the price offered, date of submission and bidder’s contact information.
The quotations submitted via e-mail or in sealed envelopes later than mentioned date and time, shall not be considered. The sold vehicle shall be handed over only upon payment of full bid price. The buyer shall bear all related self-collecting and transportation costs of the sold vehicles from the place of handover.
